Shipping & Handling Information

Our commitment to you is to package and ship your order as quickly as possible.  We do our best to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order, usually sooner.  Our fabrics will always arrive to you with the same high quality and care as you would expect from West Seattle Fabric Company.  We are not responsible for any tariffs or custom charges for international sales.  All domestic (U.S.) shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail.  All international shipments are sent via USPS First Class International Service. 

If you live locally and would like to pick up your order at our Retail location (1617 Harbor Ave SW, Seattle 98126), you must wait until after you have received our e-mail that your order has been fulfilled.  Then you can come by anytime during open store hours to pick up your order.  There is no additional charge for pick-ups.

Return Policy

Your happiness is very important to us. Our in-store policy states that we do not return cut fabric unless it is flawed or damaged. We understand that there are exceptions. If your fabric is flawed, damaged or you feel it is misrepresented please contact us directly at 206-257-1083 or e-mail us at sales@westseattlefabriccompany.com and we will work together to find a solution. Fabric that is flawed or damaged will be exchanged or refunded for cost of fabric plus shipping on that particular fabric. Fabric that a customer feels is misrepresented will be exchanged or refunded on a case by case basis. In addition, once fabric has been purchased and processed, the order cannot be cancelled. If you want to return or exchange fabric, the only thing we require is that you contact us within 14 days of the shipping confirmation.

 

Happily Imperfect Disclaimer

We are only human! Operating a website is a lot of hard work and sometimes we make mistakes. We may put things under the wrong vendor or forget to mark an organic cotton as 100% organic cotton on the description. On a very rare occasion we may mark prices incorrectly...as much as we proof read, OOPS! The bottom line is that if anything seems incorrect, it probably is. Unfortunately, we do not honor gross mistakes on pricing that may occasionally come up, but we always welcome feedback if you notice something that looks incorrect.

* What form of payment do you accept?  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cirrus, Delta & Paypal.

* What is the width of fabric bolts?  Most quilting cotton is cut 44" wide, Most Home Dec fabrics are cut 57-58" wide. Descriptions provided will let you know what the width is on a particular product.
